This is Lethe (as named by my friend Juliet♥). Lethe has adorable badass shoes that I couldn't fit into a picture and is probably in a band or something (bass player, at a guess).
Lethe is genderqueer, and yes is a bit of a mix up of parts. Can't complain with a zombie gargoyle though, right?

Oh do you use those pin things that look like a needle but a dot thin on the top instead of a hole for the thread for the piercings?

Yes c: pins with heads are the only thing I could find small enough to look like a piercing.
